Certifications:   Certified Senior Carpet Inspector             Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)   Technical Certification             International Certified Floorcovering Installers Association (CFI)      He has also received training through several manufacturers and inspection services to inspect laminate, vinyl and wood floors.      Mark is an IICRC approved instructor with Pembertons Learning Center and the Prochem System in the following categories:             Carpet Cleaning Technician             Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician             Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician      He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), serving on the Senior Carpet Inspector committee and its exam review sub-committee, the Resilient Exam committee, and the Public Relations and Marketing committee for more than eight years.      He is a member of the International Society for Cleaning Technicians (ISCT) and of the North East Ohio Floor Covering Association (NEOFCA).
